I am going to challenge myself this autumn to post a video every Sunday of our slow lived moments at our farm & travels beyond Italy. It’s the simple little moments in life from curing the tomatoes in the sun to falling leaves & work boots, wine harvesting and farmers markets – be sure to check back every Sunday for the latest #slowlivedmoments!Β

My Challenge to you:

If any of you feel like joining in with me on instagram on Sundays – I’d love to see your sustainable or slow lived videos! Have fun with it & be creative, use what you’ve got;Β iPhone, GoPro or DSLR, try different angles, edit it up (I use Final Cut Pro X but iMovie works too), add a little royalty free music & post! Be sure to follow me at @nohalfmeasures.life & use the tag #slowlivedmoments so I can find you!! I will add my favourites to next week’s post!

Here’s the first – just keeping it simple:

After we pick our heirloom tomatoes, they sit in crates ‘curing’ in the sun to intensify their flavors before we jar them for winter!
