A taste of Italy from our other life – La Tavola Marche (farm, inn and cooking school) – a local favorite here in Le Marche is Pizza Bianco made without sauce and instead with thinly sliced potatoes, ricotta, rosemary, sea salt & olive oil! Each week the wood burning oven is fired up for Thursday’s Pizza Night Dinner Party and this is always on the menu. Enjoy the recipe!
