For the last 20+ years, Jason & I have worked in the food, wine, restaurant & hospitality/resorts business from San Francisco to Seattle, New York City, Amsterdam, Belize & Italy!

In 2007 we took what we had learned from the past and founded La Tavola Marche (farm, inn and cooking school) in Italy. After 10 years of owning & operating our own business in Italy we began our consulting business, No Half Measures.  It is a combination of helping others reach their goals of moving abroad to start a business, creating a brand and exciting the plan as well as working with already established boutique hotels on sustainable tourism efforts and social media/marketing.
